Sarah Alice Lee is a professional portrait and commercial photographer who specialises in underwater photography.
Sarah's love for photography came from her passion for the sea, wanting to share the beauty that captivated her imagination whilst under the waves. Sarah learnt to dive at the age of 14 in the beautiful waters of the Red Sea. She became a divemaster at 18 and qualified as a PADI diving instructor at 20, whilst studying towards her degree in photography at Falmouth College of Arts (U.K). Sarah moved to London in 2005 working as a professional underwater photographer. By 2006 the travel bug had well and truly bitten her and she set off to explore the oceans of the world with her camera. All these years later she is still driven by her passion for capturing that perfect moment, creating art with light. Now based in New Zealand Sarah has a studio in Christchurch where she photographs fashion and commercial projects and runs her underwater portraiture business Waterbubs.
